Down Time IPA

Named after a local mountain bike trail, this west coast IPA is light in malt and loaded with Simcoe, Chinook, Loral, Citra and Mosaic hops. Pine, grapefruit and citrus with a firm but soft bitterness. Available at the brewery this week for growler fills, details will be posted shortly. We rated this one a Black Diamond. ABV - 7%

Mountain Juice Pale Ale

This is our hazy or New England style pale ale. We kept this one simple, two malts and two hops. Low bitterness, soft mouth feel, bursting with orange and some blueberry. We prefer a dry finish in this style to make it easy drinking. Best enjoyed in our beer garden after a day in the mountains but that will have to wait. ABV - 6%

Milk Stout

This milk stout is rich in roasted barley and balanced with lactose. Dark with a strong coffee finish. We planned on using this as a base for pastry style stouts served on nitro but for now it drinks great on its own. We will look at trying out a few blends for growler fills. This one finishes sweet. We rated this one a Blue Square for its strong malt character.

 ABV - 5.4%

Essential Blonde

This is our Blonde, it has a light malt character with a touch of citrus hops and dry hopped with Citra. We made this one more fun by pushing the fermentation temperature of our house yeast to enhance the peach note. Dry finish with a slight haze. We rated this one a Green Circle.

ABV - 5.7%

Whiskey Six Scotch Ale

The first beer we brewed on our system, this is a rich, malty beer with hints of caramel, coffee and chocolate. It finishes very dry so it drinks easy. We rated it a Blue Square due to its richness and alcohol content but it should please even the newest craft beer drinker. This is the perfect beer to have after your mid day run or walk.

ABV - 6.2%
